Nine of our Eclipse head coaches completed the La Liga Level 3 Methodology course that took place in San Ramon! The 20-hour course took place over three days (January 6-8) with instructors from La Liga (the top professional league in Spain and one of the top leagues in the world) guiding the course attendees through the methodology used to successfully develop young players to the highest possible level. The course is a mix of field sessions, classroom sessions, and workshops challenging coaches to rethink and improve how they approach their daily practice sessions as well as the long-term development of their players. Congrats to our coaches who secured their La Liga Level 3 coaching diploma – Alex, Peter Y, Johnny, Juan S, Fernando, Piotr, Taylor, Kevin, and Jose DM!
