The East Bay Eclipse Soccer Club is governed by a volunteer Board of Directors that provides oversight for the organization, a California 501(c)(3) nonprofit. The Board ensures Eclipse stays true to its mission: enabling youth to reach their highest potential as players and as people in a positive and enjoyable environment — where a child's healthy physical and emotional development always comes first.

Board meetings are open to all members of the East Bay Eclipse Soccer Club. Meetings begin at 7:00 p.m. at the Eclipse office, 346 Rheem Blvd., Suite 210, Moraga, but may be held virtually at times. Any member wishing to add an agenda item must notify the President of the Board 30 days prior to said meeting.
